What to Expect
What to Wear: You want to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing that allows you to move. Wear clothing that allows the therapist to gain access to the injured part so a thorough examination can be performed.
Initial Evaluation: You will spend 45-60 minutes with a physical therapist who will evaluate you from head to toe in order to identify all areas of dysfunction. A specific plan of treatment will be developed for you, which will eliminate the cause of pain and injury, elevate your performance level and educate you with measures to avoid future injury.
Recurring Visits: You will never sit and wait for your follow up visits. We pride ourselves on seeing everyone at their scheduled appointment time. You will be led through your physical therapy routine by our licensed staff. We are not a gym. We provide individualized care, and continually reassess your condition and progress, modifying our plan of care as needed.
