Randi Allocco, R.N.
John is the Director of Rehabilitation at Action Potential. He is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where he received his Masters of Physical Therapy degree in 1999. Prior to that he attended the University of Florida, studying in the field of Exercise and Sports Sciences and specializing in Athletic Training. He helped to rehabilitate and train the collegiate athletes, traveling with the teams and managing the training rooms while attaining his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in 1997. John has worked in Hernando County as a physical therapist since 1999 where he organized a county-wide high school sports medicine outreach. To remain current on the latest advances in physical therapy, John is devoted to continuing education. Post-graduation, he has attended extensive training courses in manual physical therapy techniques, a skill that sets him apart from most other providers.
Randi is a registered nurse, having received her Associate of Science degree from Pasco-Hernando Community College in 1994. She is the Administrator of Action Potential, handling all of the facility's administrative tasks, managing the staff, overseeing the clinic's marketing program, and organizing professional and community relations.

Kelley Hersey, P.T.
Kelley is a licensed physical therapist. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Medical University of South Carolina in 1992.
Paul Lue, P.T.A.
Paul is a licensed physical therapist assistant. He obtained his Associate of Science degree from St. Pertersburg College in 2010.
Carol Cioffi, P.T.A.
Carol is a licensed physical therapist assistant. She obtained her Associate of Science degree from St. Petersburg College in 2005.
Elizabeth Dryden, P.T.A.
Liz is a licensed physical therapist assistant. She obtained her Associate of Science degree from St. Petersburg College in 2009.
